PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Are you looking for an effective way to remove hard, baked-on carbon fouling from the most demanding area of your firearm? The specialized chamber cleaning brush from the Polish brand Łuszczek® is a professional gunsmithing tool with a unique design. By combining resilient bronze bristles and durable steel fibers, the brush easily reaches critical, hard-to-access areas, ensuring impeccable lock-up and the reliability of your firearm's action.

Why is cleaning the chamber crucial?

The chamber and the adjacent lug recess area (Barrel Extension) are zones most susceptible to the accumulation of hard carbon deposits, burnt powder, and brass residue from spent casings. Ignoring this area during regular maintenance leads to serious problems with firearm cycling – including failure to go into battery, problems with case extraction (Failure to Extract), or premature wear of the lugs. Thoroughly scrubbing the chamber with the Łuszczek brush is a fundamental step before final oiling and protection of the firearm.

Hybrid Construction: Bronze and Steel for Maximum Effectiveness

The all-metal construction of the brush is based on an intelligent division of cleaning zones, combining two types of materials:

  1. Bronze bristles: Responsible for precise, mechanical cleaning of the chamber itself. They are optimally stiff, aggressively breaking away baked-on carbon, while remaining 100% safe for the internal surfaces and walls of the chamber.

  2. Steel bristles: Located in the rear section of the brush, they are dedicated to cleaning the most difficult nooks and crannies – including the lug recesses (characteristic, among others, for the AR-15 / M4 platform). Steel fibers effectively clear contaminants from sharp angles where softer brushes would immediately crush or wear out.

Solid Workmanship and Standard M3 Thread

Łuszczek, with over 20 years of experience in the industry, designed the brush with long-term gunsmithing use in mind. The brush core is made of durable, twisted wire ending with a female (internal) M3 metric thread. This allows for stable, concentric attachment of the brush to dedicated cleaning rods and gunsmithing adapters, enabling smooth rotational operation inside the firearm mechanisms. The design is completely resistant to strong solvents, carbon removers, and CLP-type oils.
