The SHOTWORKS magwell acts as a precisely contoured guiding funnel. It significantly increases the entry zone for double-stack magazines, so even with a quick, instinctive movement on the range, the magazine almost self-centers in the grip. This design minimizes the risk of snagging on the frame edge, allowing for smooth reloading without taking your eyes off the target. This is an indispensable upgrade in IPSC (e.g., Production / Production Optics with appropriate modifications), IDPA divisions, and during intense tactical and defensive training.
Choose the material variant suited to your style (ABS vs PA6)
To meet the needs of sports and tactical shooters, we offer the magwell in two advanced technological variants:
- ABS (Black): This material is fully resistant to UV radiation, varying weather conditions, and gun oils and chemicals, while offering optimal durability for everyday use. ABS highlights 3D printing imperfections but is excellent for post-processing.
- PA6 - Nylon (Gray): This uncompromising variant is designed for the toughest tasks on the range. PA6 polyamide is several times more resistant to cracking, impact (e.g., from aggressive seating of magazines with aluminum basepads), and extreme temperatures. Due to the technical characteristics of the fiber, the surface of this variant has a unique, perceptibly rough texture with an industrial, non-slip character.
Trouble-free, quick installation
The magwell's design is based on a perfect fit to the geometry of the lower part of the grip of HK VP9 / SFP9 pistols (standard versions). The magwell's construction has been optimized so that installation is simple, safe for the frame, and does not require gunsmith intervention or the use of specialized tools. The magwell securely locks onto the firearm, eliminating any play and providing additional, firm support for the hand, which translates into better control over pistol muzzle rise during rapid fire.
