Armored construction from advanced Magpul polymer
Magazines from the Magpul Original Equipment (MOE) series are designed to withstand the toughest demands of use - both on commercial shooting ranges and in harsh operational conditions. The new, reinforced construction made of a specialized polymer composite is characterized by extreme resistance to impacts, drops on hard surfaces (including concrete), and crushing. This polymer is 100% resistant to extreme weather conditions, frost, heat, and the corrosive action of oils and gun solvents. Unlike classic aluminum or steel magazines, the PMAG does not undergo permanent deformation under impact, which eliminates the problem of jams caused by bent feed lips.
Constant-Curve geometry and self-lubricating Anti-Tilt follower
The legendary, trouble-free operation of the PMAG GEN M2 magazine is due to its advanced internal architecture. It features an internal Constant-Curve Geometry, which perfectly adapts to the natural arrangement of 5.56 NATO ammunition, guaranteeing smooth bullet movement without the risk of jamming.
A key element of the system is the self-lubricating, anti-tilt follower in a bright color. The follower moves inside the body with perfect stability, preventing the cartridge from tilting - regardless of whether the magazine is loaded individually or emptied by firing at a sporting pace. Constant, unchanging feeding pressure is ensured by a long-lasting, certified stainless steel spring manufactured to the strict military-spec USGI standard.
Ergonomics, secure grip, and easy maintenance
The external surface of the PMAG M2 magazine body features distinct, aggressive texturing and transverse ribs. This ensures maximum grip and a secure hold during dynamic magazine changes (Reload), even when operating with thick tactical gloves or wet hands.
The magazine is equipped with an ergonomic, widened baseplate, which facilitates retrieving the element from tight pouches and provides additional protection against drops. The design of the baseplate is extremely easy to disassemble - cleaning and maintaining the inside of the magazine after an intense training in dust or mud takes literally a few seconds and does not require any specialized tools.
