Intelligent topography – A gunsmithing map on your table
Forget about using makeshift boards or improvised pads that cause your punches to slip. The surface of the Master Bench Block is a fully mapped workbench. The block features clear, engraved markings that precisely indicate at what angle and where to position a given component (bolt carrier, bolt, pistol grip, upper or lower receiver) and what size punch to use. The tool supports 5 main gun components, providing ideal gunsmithing support in every position.
Non-slip stabilization and frame protection
The block's construction is made of high-density, engineered plastic, which is extremely resistant to impact and gunsmithing chemicals, while remaining 100% safe for anodized (Mil-Spec) and Cerakote finishes. The entire perimeter and bottom of the block are covered with a special, thick anti-slip coating. This ensures that the block will not move on a matte workbench surface, absorbing the energy of gunsmithing hammer strikes.
Magnetic pin catcher and integrated organizer
No more searching for miniature pins under the table. Four powerful neodymium magnets are placed inside the housing, instantly catching punched-out pins directly under the through-holes. Integrated compartments (organizer) are designed in the back of the block, allowing for safe segregation of disassembled parts during servicing.
Revolutionary ejector disassembly plunger
A real breakthrough in this model is the built-in, screw-in plunger, dedicated to safely compressing the ejector spring in the bolt. This task, which traditionally required a "third hand" or a vise, can now be done in a few seconds. The plunger immobilizes the ejector under appropriate pressure, allowing for easy and safe removal of the retaining pin with one hand.
