Keep your pistol or revolver perfectly clean and ensure reliable weapon operation. The Łuszczek brand (product code: 1-026) bore snake is a professional, extremely handy tool designed for lightning-fast removal of carbon buildup and fouling from the bore of 9mm caliber weapons.
Designed for the realities of dynamic sport shooting (IPSC, IDPA), combat, and recreational use, it allows for the removal of fresh fouling immediately after shooting, before it cools down and permanently bonds with the metal. Two-phase cleaning with an integrated brass brush
The Łuszczek bore snake eliminates the need to carry cumbersome, multi-piece rod cleaning kits to the shooting range. A durable brass bristle brush is permanently embedded midway along the thick, absorbent textile rope.
One pass of the rope through the barrel bore accomplishes a comprehensive cleaning process:

Mechanical Phase (Brushing): The brass bristles effectively, yet completely safely for the lands and grooves of the rifling, scrape off hard deposits of lead (common with reloaded ammunition), copper, gilding metal, and baked-on powder residue.

Polishing and Collection Phase: The wide, fluffy part of the rope precisely sweeps out loosened dirt, collects loose particles, and dries the barrel, leaving a mirror-like surface. It is also excellent for spreading preservative oil films.
Safe, weighted brass pilot tip
The bore snake features a balanced, smooth brass pilot attached to a durable guide cord. The appropriately chosen weight ensures that after being inserted into the chamber, the pilot exits the other end of the barrel by gravity, allowing for a smooth and efficient pull-through of the entire rope. The use of a soft brass alloy guarantees that the tip will not scratch the forcing cone, side walls, or the delicate crown of the barrel, thus protecting the weapon from loss of accuracy.
